We had the blessed opportunity to be involved with the Safe House at X Games. It was a great lounge of food, drink, networking, athletes, celebrities, and the GG family. Hunt practically lived there this week. From dinner to breakfast we had the pulse on the most exclusive place to party until the sunrise. We watched Santigold, Daniel Marley, Ghostface Killah, and Rocky all bring the noise for the guests. A three level house turned into a slice of Zion in the middle of Babylon. The first level was a great spot for drinks, food, and dancing. The upper level was used for the athletes lounge and had an amazing presence of humbleness and ONE LOVE!!! The third level was the green room for the artists performing and it lived up to the name.........The pictures of the Marley's family hung all over the walls (..from "Bob Marley and the Golden Age of Reggae" by Kim Gottlieb-Walker), the music was blasting ital riddems on each floor and we can all thank Alchemy for that technology, lights, and music. Most of all, we can thank Deb Doyle of Aspen Eventworks for putting this all together...from the brass tables to the clothe covered walls....it was very very very comfortable and made many many people happy. From medalists to musicians, locals to tourists, friends to family.....we all were Safe this weekend thanks to Marley's Mellow Mood.
