Dirty South
Dragan Roganovic, who performs as Dirty South, is a Serbian-born, Australian-based DJ who is a growing presence on the global EDM scene. Dirty South is launching his largest North American tour to date this fall. The "City of Dreams" Tour will have the producer criss-crossing the continent from September to December.
Dirty South has been showered with accolades including a GRAMMY nomination and two ARIA nominations (Australia's musical awards). He has produced, remixed and collaborated with such diverse and big name acts as Snoop Dogg, The Temper Trap and Sebastian Ingrosso. He began mixing on tape decks at the young age of 13 and worked his way up through bootlegs and mashups until he dropped his first production as Dirty South in 2004. His trajectory since then has been impressive, including gigs at some of the world's top dance clubs and festivals. This fall's tour will give North American audiences the chance to get to know Dirty South as well as the club kids of Ibiza and London do.
Dirty South’s latest single “City of Dreams” with Alesso featuring Ruben Haze is now available exclusively on Beatport . It will available on iTunes and Spotify on September 10. The track shows off Dirty South's musicianship and song-writing, as it features Ruben Haze, which, like Miike Snow, is not a person but rather a band collaboration. Ruben Haze brings Dirty South together with Rudy, a vocalist who shines on the "City of Dreams" single. The single is a departure from the duo's normally epic house style and shows a softer side to their sound. Of course, the club version collab with Alesso brings in the legendary builds and captivating hooks you'd expect from these house music hot-shots.
